What’s new

Everything that changed and anyone would notice. Currently on v3.1.0, 24 October 2026.

  1. v3.1.0 A new trade finder

    • NewThe trade finder is rebuilt around two search boxes, “I want” and “I’d trade”: type a few letters and pick from the suggestions instead of Ctrl-clicking through long lists. It opens with your team already chosen, and once you pick a player to get, the suggestions stay on his team, since every trade is between two teams.
    • NewOffers are now cards: faces for every player, picks as gold tokens, a plain-English value tag (“Fair value”, “You overpay 6%”), bars for how much each starting lineup gains, and a “Copy for Sleeper” button that puts the trade on your clipboard ready to send. Sort by best for you, fairest, fewest players, or keeping your picks.
    • FixedThe draft board’s Grid/List switch works again; tapping it fetched the other view but never showed it.
  2. v3.0.7 A much lighter site

    • FixedThe site does a small fraction of the background work it used to. Every link was quietly loading its page ahead of time, so viewing one list of players could set off sixty hidden page loads; links now load only when tapped. The playoff simulation is also worked out once every 15 minutes instead of on every page that shows odds. Together these kept the site well over its hosting limit, which is what paused it.
  3. v3.0.6 A tidier bench

    • BetterA matchup’s bench is easier to read: each team’s bench is labelled with the team, every player is one line (face, full name, position, points), and on a phone the two benches stack instead of squeezing side by side.
  4. v3.0.5 Start/sit in sync, full names

    • FixedStart/sit now reads the lineup you set for this week in the Sleeper app. Sleeper keeps a second, older copy of each lineup that can lag behind for hours, and reading it had My Week telling you to start players already in your lineup. The green “current starter” marks on rosters use the same fix.
    • BetterMatchups show every name in full, teams and players, wrapping onto a second line instead of cutting off with “…”. On a phone each team’s score sits under its name so long team names have room.
  5. v3.0.4 iPhone menu matches desktop

    • BetterThe iPhone menu now uses the same tabs as the iPad and desktop, the one you’re on filled in, laid out in two fixed rows so every tab stays in view.
  6. v3.0.3 Cleaner column headers

    • FixedSortable column headers in the stat books (and the calendar arrows) no longer pick up the stamped button outline, which crowded them against the edge of the table. Filter chips keep their stamped look on purpose.
  7. v3.0.2 Two-row menu on iPhone

    • BetterOn an iPhone the main menu is now two fixed rows of buttons, five over four, so every tab is in view with nothing to swipe. The one you’re on is filled green. iPad and desktop are unchanged.
  8. v3.0.1 Switch league

    • BetterThe row of league chips is gone from the top of every page. Each league’s name now sits centered with its details, and a “Switch league” button under it opens your leagues with their pictures: a sheet from the bottom of a phone, a panel on a computer.
  9. v3.0.0 Locker Room

    • NewA whole new look: a striped turf header, varsity lettering for league names and scores, condensed all-caps tabs, and cards stamped with an ink outline and drop shadow like trading cards. Gold bars mark every section.
    • NewDark mode is now Night Game: dark turf, deep green cards and stadium-light gold. The button in the top corner still switches between day, night and your system setting.
    • NewPlayer pages wear the player’s jersey: the header fills with his team’s color, trimmed in its second color, with his name in varsity letters.
    • BetterOn a phone, the main tabs slide sideways in one row instead of wrapping onto three lines, and matchups fit the screen: no more swiping sideways to see the other team’s lineup.
  10. v2.0.2 Reversed trades no longer count

    • FixedA trade that was undone — every player put back by the commissioner, or traded straight back, within a few days — now disappears from the app along with the moves that undid it. It no longer shows up in worst trades, trade counts, transaction history, player histories, league news or What if.
  11. v2.0.1 Faces everywhere

    • BetterPlayer faces now appear everywhere players are listed: the Players stat book, record books and all-time teams, draft history and the draft board, trades, transactions, waiver pickups, awards, the Report Card and What if. Every face is ringed in the player’s NFL team color, and rookie prospects in the mock draft show initials.
  12. v2.0.0 Faces and team colors

    • NewPlayers have faces now. Every matchup and roster shows each player’s headshot, ringed in his NFL team’s color, and defenses show their team logo. A player without a picture gets his initials.
    • NewPlayer pages open with a header in the player’s team colors, his headshot and his team’s full name. Rosters show each NFL team’s logo beside its abbreviation.
  13. v1.36.1 What if, as a real roster

    • BetterThe regret-free roster is now a full roster by your league’s rules — every starting slot filled, then bench, IR and taxi spots by value, plus your picks — instead of every player you ever let go. A move only counts as a regret if undoing it makes that roster better, so a long-gone backup who would not make the cut no longer shows up.
  14. v1.36.0 What if: the regret-free roster

    • NewEvery team page has a What if tab (dynasty leagues): the roster you would have today if you had made only your good moves. Every trade, add and drop is judged by what it turned into at today’s values, and a player you traded for and then flipped for someone better counts as a win. It lists your biggest regrets, your best moves and the roster you would have. The Report Card ranks every team by how much it left on the table.
  15. v1.35.2 All-time records include this season

    • FixedAll-time records on History, and the career record on each team page, now include the season being played: its wins, losses and points count right away. Titles, best finish and points per season still wait for a season to finish.
  16. v1.35.1 Career win milestones, corrected

    • FixedLeague news no longer announces a career win milestone after a loss. Career wins now count regular-season games only, the same record as the all-time table, instead of including playoff and consolation games. A milestone appears only in the week the winning game reached it.
  17. v1.35.0 All-time teams

    • NewAll-time teams in the record books: the league's starting lineup filled with its best single-week games, best seasons and best careers, from started points only. History shows the whole league, with a picker to see any team's, and each team's Record book tab shows its own. A player fills one spot per lineup.
    • FixedStarted points and GS on the Players tab now count only real games. Weeks with no opponent, like week 18 after the fantasy season or a playoff bye, are left out, so they match the record books. Those games still count toward GP and Max pts.
  18. v1.34.0 Player record books

    • NewEvery player page now has a record book: his top and lowest scores as a starter (low scores only count games he played), his best games on the bench, his best playoff games, 20- and 30-point games, boom and bust rates, average and week-to-week swing, his teams' record when he started, his longest run of starts, and which manager got the most out of him. Every game links to its matchup.
  19. v1.33.2 Games started, made consistent

    • FixedOn the Players tab, GS now counts only starts in games a player actually played, so it can never be more than GP. Max pts also uses the points your league recorded wherever a player was on a roster, so a player started in every game he played now always shows the same Max and Started points, even after Sleeper corrects an old stat.
  20. v1.33.1 Max points, exact

    • FixedMax pts on the Players tab now counts every scoring bonus your league uses: long-touchdown bonuses, yardage and completion bonuses, first downs, TE premium, two-point conversions and kick and punt return yards. A player started every week now shows the same Max and Started points. Checked against Sleeper's own scores for every starter this season in six leagues, with no differences.
  21. v1.33.0 Max points and started points

    • NewThe Players tab now separates Max pts, everything a player scored in every game (started, benched or on the wire), from Started pts and GS, what he scored while in someone's starting lineup here and how many times. The gap is what was left on benches or the waiver wire. Started pts is exactly as the league scored it, so in leagues with scoring bonuses it can come out a point or two above Max pts.
  22. v1.32.0 All seasons on the Players tab

    • NewThe Players tab has an All option after the years: every season the league has played added together, each scored under that season's own settings, with a Yrs column for how many seasons each player played.
  23. v1.31.3 Snake draft pick numbers

    • FixedIn snake drafts, pick numbers now follow the order each round was actually drafted in. The last team in round 1 picks 2.01, not 2.16. This applies to the draft board, the list, and each team's draft history.
  24. v1.31.2 Colored flex slots

    • BetterFLEX and SF slots on a matchup are now colored too, as a blend of the positions they can hold: RB to WR to TE for FLEX, with QB added in front for SF.
  25. v1.31.1 Colored lineup slots

    • BetterThe slot badges between the two lineups on a matchup are now colored by position, matching the draft board. FLEX and SF stay neutral, since they can hold several positions.
  26. v1.31.0 Draft boards

    • NewHistory → Drafts now shows each draft as a board, like Sleeper's app: a column for each team's slot, a row for each round, picks colored by position, and a tag naming who made any pick that was traded away from the slot's owner. Switch back to the list with the Grid / List toggle.
  27. v1.30.1 Picks, not players

    • FixedTrades in a matchup's storylines showed a traded draft pick as the player later drafted with it, so it looked like that player had been traded. They now read like "2023 round 3 pick (became Chase Brown)", and show the date the trade actually happened instead of a week number.
  28. v1.30.0 Matchup insights

    • NewEvery matchup page now tells the story of the game. Before kickoff: what's at stake for each team's playoff odds, and lineup warnings for both sides (injured or bye-week starters, and bench players projected to outscore a starter).
    • NewBelow the lineups: the all-time head-to-head series (record, playoff meetings, streak, biggest wins, closest game, last five meetings), each team's form coming in, and a slot-by-slot breakdown of where the game will be or was won.
    • NewStorylines: revenge games (players facing a manager who used to roster them), real NFL games with starters from both sides, and every trade the two managers have made with each other. After the final whistle, a recap: each side's top scorer, the bench swap that would have flipped the result, and where the margin ranks in league history.
  29. v1.29.0 Trade for this player

    • NewEvery player page now shows who has him in your league, and if he's on someone else's team, a "Trade for this player" button. It opens the Trade finder with your team selected and him already pinned, so the offers are waiting.
    • FixedA matchup opened before kickoff no longer calls a 0–0 game "a dead heat". It says the game hasn't started and shows each side's projected final.
  30. v1.28.3 Clickable matchups

    • BetterOn the home page, click anywhere on a matchup card to open the full matchup with both lineups. Team names still go to each team's page.
  31. v1.28.2 Bolder SOR

    • BetterThe SOR figures on the Playoff race are now semibold, so their green and red read like the odds bars beside them instead of a duller shade.
  32. v1.28.1 Playoff race fits the page

    • FixedSaving the Playoff race as a PDF, especially from an iPhone or iPad, no longer cuts off the right side of the table. The printout uses tighter type and shorter odds bars, and leaves out the manager names and the Results wt. column so every column people print it for fits on the page.
  33. v1.28.0 Strength of remaining schedule

    • NewThe Playoff race table has an SOR column: the average weekly score of each team's remaining opponents, ranked from #1, the hardest road left. Red means tougher than the league's average team, green easier, which helps explain why two teams with the same record can have very different odds.
  34. v1.27.0 Trade calculator

    • NewA Calculator page under Trades: build any trade with any team and see what eleven value sources make of it, including KeepTradeCut, FantasyCalc, FantasyPros, RosterAudit, DynastyProcess and DraftSharks. You get each source's verdict, how many favor you, and a player-by-player grid that shows exactly where they disagree. Every suggestion in the Trade finder now has an "ask every source" link that opens it there.
  35. v1.26.1 Past seasons show who had him

    • FixedOn the Players tab, a past season now shows the fantasy team a player was actually on that year, named as it was then, instead of whoever has him today. If he moved during the season, his teams are abbreviated in order, like "WF → SLW", with the full names on hover.
  36. v1.26.0 Players

    • NewA new Players tab lists every player who played in a season, rostered or not, with games, fantasy points under your league's scoring, points per game, trade value and his full stat line. Filter by position and by everyone, rostered or free agents, sort by any column, and pick any season the league has played.
  37. v1.25.0 Sortable position rankings

    • NewPosition rankings on Teams can be sorted by any position: click QB, RB, WR and so on to see the best team there first. Each team's name now also shows its record and, in dynasty and keeper leagues, where its first-round pick is projected to land in next year's rookie draft.
    • BetterProjected picks now show each team's place in the projected draft order, so two teams can no longer both show proj. 1.07. Trades, Teams, the team pages and the mock draft all agree.
  38. v1.24.1 SF, not SUPER_FLEX

    • BetterThe superflex slot now reads SF everywhere it's shown: the league header, matchups, Start/sit, Pickups and Weekly awards.
  39. v1.24.0 A map of every feature

    • NewA Features page, linked from the bottom of every page, lists everything Sleeper GM does tab by tab, with a one-line description and a link to each feature in your league. Pick a league at the top if you're in more than one.
    • FixedOn a phone, the links at the bottom of the page now wrap neatly instead of breaking mid-word.
  40. v1.23.0 Rookie mock draft

    • NewA Mock draft tab under Season shows next year's rookie draft. Teams pick in their projected order, worst first, and each pick goes to whoever owns it now. Prospects are valued with KeepTradeCut's devy values, superflex or 1QB to match the league. The first round mostly follows those values, and later rounds lean more on each team's weakest positions, with a tag marking any pick made for need.
  41. v1.22.0 Picks priced by projected finish

    • NewNext year's draft picks are now valued by where the team they come from is projected to finish, using the same simulation as the Season tab, and show a projected slot like "proj. 1.03". A pick from a likely last-place team is worth close to the 1.01, and values move smoothly as the season plays out instead of jumping between FantasyCalc's Early, Mid and Late prices.
    • NewEach team's Roster tab now lists the draft picks it owns, with each pick's value and projected slot.
  42. v1.21.2 Games still being played

    • FixedA matchup still in progress no longer shows a W or L. Team schedules say Live in blue, the season schedule grid gives it a dashed blue outline, and the game stays out of the record until the week is final. Before, a team behind 0–33 with its players still to play was shown as a loss.
  43. v1.21.1 Room on the right

    • FixedOn a phone, the cards on a team page (and a few other two-column layouts) ran past the right edge of the screen instead of leaving the same margin as the left. They now fit.
  44. v1.21.0 Teams

    • NewRosters is now Teams. Click any team's name to open its own pages — home, roster, record book, draft history and transactions, laid out just like My Team — with a link back to all teams.
    • BetterA team name clicked anywhere else in the app (standings, awards, the calendar, a matchup) opens that team under Teams, and My Team is now only ever your own team. Old Rosters links still work.
  45. v1.20.0 Drop candidates you would actually drop

    • NewKickers and defenses now have a value: 250 for an average starter, up to 750 for the best points-per-game at the position, lower for the worst. Everyone starts the season at 250 and the spread grows over the first four weeks. These show on rosters and count toward roster value, but trade suggestions still ignore them.
    • FixedDrop candidates no longer suggest cutting your best young players just because they have no projection this week. The list now shows bench players worth less than the best free agent, cheapest first, and never your only kicker or defense. If nothing on the wire is worth more than your bench, it says so.
  46. v1.19.0 Picks that say who they became

    • NewA traded draft pick in transaction history now names the player it was used on once that draft has happened — "2025 1st (Tyler Warren)" — so an old trade shows what each side actually ended up with. Picks for drafts still to come read as before.
  47. v1.18.0 A tidier bench, and a way to reach me

    • NewA Contact link at the bottom of every page, next to the version, for questions, bugs and ideas.
    • FixedOn a matchup's bench, each player's position and team now sit in one straight column instead of wandering from row to row.
  48. v1.17.1 My Team means your team

    • FixedEntering your username on the front page showed your name in the header but never actually remembered you, so My Team (and My Week) opened someone else's team instead of yours. Enter your username once more and it will stick.
  49. v1.17.0 Roster tenure

    • NewIn a dynasty or keeper league, every roster — in Rosters and in My Team — now shows how long each player has been on the team: gold for a player who has been there since the league began, a stint count for one added, dropped at some point, and added again. Redraft leagues skip it, since every roster there is rebuilt from nothing each season.
  50. v1.16.1 A matchup view that lines up

    • BetterThe matchup view — this week's game, the matchup page, and On this Day — now lines up both teams one row per slot, same as Sleeper's own app, with every player's points visible and both benches a tap away.
  51. v1.16.0 On this Day

    • NewClick a bubble on the League calendar and the full detail opens below — every trade, waiver claim or free-agent add that landed on that day, or every matchup that week with both teams' complete starting lineups and bench.
  52. v1.15.0 A league calendar

    • NewHistory has a new League calendar tab — a real month grid, every matchup, trade, waiver claim and free-agent add as a color-coded, labeled count on the day it happened. Matchups land on the Sunday most of that week's games actually kicked off on, worked out from the real NFL schedule rather than assumed.
  53. v1.14.2 Real dates on transactions

    • BetterEvery transaction card — the home page's recent activity and a team's full Transactions tab — now shows the actual date it happened instead of a season and week number. Sleeper files every offseason move under week 1, so that used to read as a pile of identical timestamps.
  54. v1.14.1 Career was missing half its stats

    • FixedThe Career section's new Home tab was only showing the all-play/luck/efficiency tiles — the record/titles/points tiles that sat beside them got left out when the page split into tabs. Both halves are back.
  55. v1.14.0 My Team, in five tabs

    • NewMy Team is now five tabs — Home, Roster, Record book, Draft history and a new Transactions tab covering every add, drop and trade this manager has ever made, filterable by trade, waiver, or free-agent add.
    • NewOn a wide enough screen, Home shows the schedule and career summary side by side instead of stacked.
    • BetterEach tab now loads only what it needs — Roster is instant, where it used to wait on the same six-season crawl as the record book.
  56. v1.13.5 Hardened the My Team redirect

    • FixedThe "My Team" tab's redirect was marked publicly cacheable even though it depends on who's asking. Forced it dynamic and private, matching every other page in the app that reads who you are.
  57. v1.13.4 A loading message that was only ever half-true

    • FixedSchedules, Weekly awards and League news all borrowed the Playoff race page's "Simulating the rest of the season…" loading message, even though none of them run a simulation (Schedules partly does). Each now says what it's actually doing while it loads.
  58. v1.13.3 League News, settling its own arguments

    • FixedLeague News could report two different scores from the same week as both the "2nd-lowest ever" (or highest, or biggest bench, or closest game) — each was checked only against history, never against each other. A young league, where a top- or bottom-ten mark is a wide net, made this common rather than rare. Every item in a week now settles its rank against the rest of that week too, so two numbers never claim the same place.
  59. v1.13.2 A straightened-up schedule grid

    • FixedThe week numbers across the top of the season grid were nudged right of the logos underneath them. They line up now.
  60. v1.13.1 Playoff weeks on Schedules were not real yet

    • FixedThe Schedules tab was showing a specific opponent for every playoff week the moment the regular season started, weeks before the bracket exists. Sleeper's own data for those weeks is a placeholder that does not match the real bracket, so an undetermined playoff week now reads "Playoffs not set yet" instead of a fixture nobody has actually set.
  61. v1.13.0 IDP leagues

    • NewIndividual defensive player leagues are now fully supported: DL, LB and DB show up everywhere a position does — rosters, lineups, trade values, the player pages, and a new IDP column group in the career stat book.
    • FixedDefensive players in IDP leagues were previously missing from every roster entirely, and start/sit could never fill a DL, LB or DB slot.
  62. v1.12.0 Playoffs on the career chart

    • NewThe by-week chart now includes your playoff runs, drawn in gold, with the championship game marked and labelled.
    • NewConsolation games are left out on purpose, so a fifth-place win never counts toward your win rate.
    • BetterThe newest season is always named along the bottom of the chart, even when it is only a few weeks old.
  63. v1.11.0 Your career, week by week

    • NewA team's Career section now has a by-week chart, with toggles for points, points against, max points, efficiency, margin and win rate.
    • NewEvery line in that chart is drawn against the league average for the same week, so a 110 you scored in a low-scoring week finally reads as the rout it was.
  64. v1.10.0 Benches, and one way of drawing a lineup

    • NewBoth lineups on My Week now have a bench you can open, showing what everyone you sat is doing — projected before kickoff, live while they play.
    • BetterMy Week and the matchup page draw a lineup the same way, because they are now the same component rather than two that looked similar.
    • FixedA player in a FLEX slot was labelled by their position rather than by the slot they filled, so a flex receiver read as WR. Empty slots are shown as empty instead of being silently skipped, which had been shifting every slot after one.
  65. v1.9.0 Your game, first

    • NewMy Week opens with your actual matchup — both lineups side by side, slot against slot. Before kickoff it is projections; once games start it is what everyone has scored with what they are still expected to finish on; once they are over it is the result. The start/sit advice follows underneath, about the game you can now see.
    • NewThe matchup header tells you how many of your starters are still to play, and how many points you have sitting on your bench.
  66. v1.8.1 The right team name

    • FixedAll-time records showed the team name you used last season rather than your current one. Records for a particular week still read under the name you played that week under, which is the point of a record book.
  67. v1.8.0 Build footer

    • NewEvery page says which version and build it is running at the bottom, so you can tell whether a change has actually deployed.
    • NewThis page. What changed, and when.
  68. v1.7.0 Player pages and light mode

    • NewClick any player's name — on a roster, a draft board, the record book, anywhere — for their page in this league: a yearly box score with the same stats as the career stat book, plus every add, drop and trade they were part of. Defenses included.
    • NewA theme toggle in the top corner cycles light, dark, and follow-your-system. It remembers your choice.
    • FixedGames started counted weeks that had not been played yet, so players showed 16 or 18 starts a few weeks into the season. It also counted the week currently in progress, which dragged scoring averages down with games that had not kicked off.
    • FixedThe team logo and name sat flush against each other in the season schedule grid.
    • BetterTabs now say they are loading instead of sitting frozen, and a page that fails offers a retry rather than a blank error.
    • BetterEvery tab has its own browser title, so five leagues open at once are finally tellable apart.
    • BetterMy Team goes straight to your own team instead of bouncing through a chooser, and no longer lights up while you are reading somebody else's.
  69. v1.6.0 The season at a glance

    • NewSchedules shows the whole season as a grid of teams against weeks, with every result in it.
    • NewAny head-to-head game opens to a full matchup page, from the grid or from a team's schedule.
  70. v1.5.0 Rosters and League news

    • NewPosition rankings above the rosters: every team ranked at every position, by roster value or by the points their starters actually scored.
    • NewLeague news moved to the Season tab and works for any scored week, not only the latest.
    • BetterRosters lay out three to a row instead of one long column.
    • BetterLeague news saves as a PDF in two columns, so a busy week fits one sheet.
  71. v1.4.0 Record book and League news

    • NewA My Team tab, and every team name on the home page links through to that manager.
    • NewLeague news on the home page: what the finished week did to five years of history.
    • NewA sortable career stat book — real yards and touchdowns, not just fantasy points — on the record book and on every team page.
    • NewThe record book gained worst starter weeks and best benched weeks, each broken down by position.
    • BetterTeam pictures show in the standings, the scoreboard and the league cards.
    • BetterThe live scoreboard pairs each starter with their own score.
  72. v1.3.0 Seven tabs

    • NewThe playoff race saves as a PDF, with every column explained on the page.
    • BetterThe league reorganised into tabs ordered from this week outward — what to do before Sunday, then the season, then everything all-time. Old links still work.
  73. v1.2.0 Awards, waivers and the playoff race

    • NewWeekly awards for any finished week, with the league-wide team of the week, and a cabinet tracking them over time.
    • NewA waiver wire that ranks free agents by what they would add to your lineup, rather than by how good they are.
    • NewEvery season replayed against every other manager's schedule, so you can see whose draw you would rather have had.
    • NewWin probability on the live scoreboard, and what this week's game swings in the playoff odds.
  74. v1.1.0 Projections and the live scoreboard

    • NewStart/sit: the lineup to set this week, and what the current one leaves on the bench.
    • NewA live scoreboard with projected final scores, and a season outlook simulating the rest of the year.
    • BetterProjections are priced under each league's own scoring rules rather than Sleeper's canned totals, which overstate every quarterback by about two points a week.
  75. v1.0.0 Sleeper GM

    • NewStandings, rosters and the free-agent pool for every one of your Sleeper leagues, with a trade engine that only proposes deals both sides would take.

Older than this and the app was changing too fast to be worth writing down. Back to your leagues.
